Bone Densitometry

Bone densitometry is the latest and most accurate method for measuring bone loss, often associated with osteoporosis. With a technologically-advanced X-ray densitometer, fracture risk can be diagnosed early, allowing for customized treatment for each patient. While general X-ray is unable to detect osteoporosis until bone loss reaches 30 percent, bone densitometry can detect as little as a one-to-three percent bone loss with one-tenth the radiation exposure of a chest X-ray.

The Pictorial Archival Communication Technology is a digital reporting system that allows your radiologic procedures to be transmitted to the neuroradiologist and your private physician within minutes. By the time you are dressed and ready to go, doctors can be reviewing your radiologic procedures and making healthcare decisions. No more carrying films from doctor to doctor.
