Insurance Coverage

Home Care service is covered by Medicare, Medi-Cal, some HMOs, and other third-party payors such as commercial insurance carriers. Our staff will assist you in determining the scope of health care services provided by your insurance plan.

Our office Hours are: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 7 days a week. For additional assistance, a nurse is on call 24 hours a day. A patient may self-refer or be referred by his or her physician or family, case manager or discharge planner. The patient remains under the supervision of his or her own physician while receiving home care services. The home care staff will see patients on the day following referral, or on the same day, if indicated.
