The DeMucci Center for Health Education Recognizing the importance of preventative health and wellness services for the community, Little Company of Mary – San Pedro Hospital, through the generosity of the De Mucci Family and other donors, has added the DeMucci Center for Health Education to its campus. The new 3800 square foot Center features four auditorium – style conference rooms as well as a kitchen, lobby (which can also host buffet meals) and restrooms. At the Center, San Pedro Hospital offers informative, free or low-cost health care classes and programs to educate community members on staying healthy and reducing the risk of illness and injury. Some types of education programs offered at the Center include: Free Community Lecture Series, Health Screenings, Maternity and Parenting Education, Safety Classes, Support Groups, and Wellness Programs.
