How to make an appointment

At Little Company of Mary, our caring staff can help you make an appointment with either a primary care doctor or a specialist. For help finding a doctor, please contact our Physician Referral at (800) 618-6659, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

 
For Primary Care

Primary care includes general internal medicine and family medicine. To speak to a caring representative about making a primary care appointment, please call the Physician Referral at (800) 618-6659, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

For Specialists

If you need to make an appointment with a specialist, please call the doctor’s office or clinic you would like to visit. However, you may need a referral from your primary care doctor. To ensure you have the required authorizations, please check with your medical benefits or health insurance representative beforehand. Should you need help making an appointment or finding a doctor, please call our friendly Physician Referral at (800) 618-6659.
