Representatives.
Our Patient Relations staff works to make sure that all our patients stays
are pleasant ones. They are caring, professionally-trained individuals who act as
patient advocates to make communication easier between patients, family members
and the hospital staff.

If you or your family have a question or concern about your stay, please let us
know. We suggest you first discuss your concerns with your nurse, the department
manager and your doctor. If your concern remains unresolved, the Patient Relations
staff is available to help you reach a resolution or provide more
information.
You may contact a Patient and Family Service Representative Monday through Friday,
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by calling ext. 5801 inside the hospital, or (310) 543-5801
outside.
